Our position

Awe Reads respects copyright and expects the same from its authors. Material that infringes third-party rights is removed upon a substantiated request.

How to file a complaint

Email info@awereads.com with: the exact URL of the material, a description of the copyrighted work, your contact details, and confirmation that you are the rights holder or their representative.

What happens next

We review requests within a reasonable time (typically up to 5 business days) and may temporarily hide the disputed material pending review, without waiting for a final decision.

If content was removed by mistake

The author of the material may submit a counter-notice explaining why the use is lawful (own work, fair use, rights holder permission, etc.). We review such requests as well.

Repeat infringement

An account that receives multiple substantiated copyright complaints may be banned without the possibility of reinstatement.
