On signup - username, email and password (stored as a hash). On comments and reactions - a link to your account. Technically - anonymised view data for analytics.
How we use it
To personalise your feed, fight spam, understand which materials are useful. We do not sell data to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
We use functional cookies for authentication and view counting. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under the personal data legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan you can request access, correction or deletion of your account and related data, and withdraw consent to processing, by emailing [email protected]. Deletion is usually processed within 7 days.
IP addresses and anti-spam
We record IP addresses and a technical device fingerprint to prevent spam, vote manipulation and abuse, including for guests without an account. This data is used only for moderation and platform security.
Storage
Data is stored on European servers. Backups are encrypted. All transfers happen over HTTPS only.
Changes
For substantial changes to this policy we will notify registered users by email.
